A note on the schedule

One Trip.
Everyone Trains.

The adult class runs at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays — right after the kids' classes wrap up at 6:45. If you're already dropping your child off, you can stay and train without making a second trip.

That said, there's no pressure to join. Plenty of parents enroll their kids and call it good — and that's completely fine. The adult class is there if you want it.

We offer classes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. SafeKids classes are 30 minutes long. All other sessions are 45 minutes and beginner-friendly.

Common Questions

We accept students ages 5 and up. Children ages 5–12 join the SafeKids program and later graduate into the Children's Color Belt class. Students 13 and older train in the adult class alongside other teens and adults. No prior experience is needed at any age.
SafeKids is our white belt program for children ages 5–12, offered on Mondays and Saturdays. It focuses on building confidence, respect, focus, and self-discipline alongside practical child safety skills — including anti-bullying techniques like avoidance and de-escalation, and how to identify safe vs. unsafe adults. It's a great starting point for any child new to martial arts.
The SafeKids program is 3 months long and operates using a rotating curriculum so new students can enter at any point. After completion of the 3 months, students will be evaluated on what they've learned, receive a new belt to celebrate their effort and dedication to training, and will graduate into the Children's Color Belt class.
Adults have a separate class. The children's color belt classes run at 5:00 and 6:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the adult class runs at 7:00 PM those same days. The adult class is open to anyone 13 and older, regardless of whether they have kids enrolled.
No experience or equipment needed for your trial. Just wear comfortable workout clothes. If you decide to enroll, new students receive a free uniform ($35 value) — we'll walk you through anything else you need as you progress.
The family plan is $398/month and covers your first two household members at the regular $199 rate. The rest of the family trains for free!
Yes. Safety is the priority. Classes use controlled drills, structured warm-ups, and a technique-first approach. Sparring is introduced gradually and only when a student is ready — always supervised and with proper protective gear.
Memberships are for a 12-month commitment.
