When parent and child are learning the same techniques, class doesn't have to stop when you leave. A few minutes of drilling together at home goes a long way toward building real skill.

Kids tend to stay more engaged when a parent is working toward the same goals. And parents tend to stay more consistent when they've got someone at home holding them accountable.

A note on the schedule

One Trip.
Everyone Trains.

The adult class runs at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays — right after the kids' classes wrap up at 6:45. If you're already dropping your child off, you can stay and train without making a second trip.

That said, there's no pressure to join. Plenty of parents enroll their kids and call it good — and that's completely fine. The adult class is there if you want it.

Common Questions

We accept students ages 5 and up. Children ages 5–12 join the children's class. Students 13 and older train in the adult class alongside other teens and adults. No prior experience is needed at any age.
Adults have a separate class. The children's classes run at 5:00 and 6:00 PM, and the adult class runs at 7:00 PM — all on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The adult class is open to anyone 13 and older, regardless of whether they have kids enrolled.
No experience or equipment needed for your trial. Just wear comfortable workout clothes. If you decide to enroll, new students receive a free uniform ($35 value) — we'll walk you through anything else you need as you progress.
The family plan is $198/month and covers your first two household members at the regular $99 rate. The next two family members train for free, and we offer discounted options for bigger families! It applies to any mix of children's and adult class enrollees.
Yes. Safety is the priority. Classes use controlled drills, structured warm-ups, and a technique-first approach. Sparring is introduced gradually and only when a student is ready — always supervised and with proper protective gear.
No contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. We'd rather earn your continued enrollment than lock you into anything.
